Soybean Oil
Soybean oil is low in saturated fat, contains no trans fat, and is high in poly and monounsaturated fats. It's also the principal source of omega3 fatty acids and the primary commercial source of vitamin E in the U.S. diet.
Processed soybean oil is used in almost all margarines and shortenings as well as mayonnaise, salad dressings, frozen foods, imitation dairy, meat products and commercial baked goods.
Express Grain produces a once refined soybean oil which is perfect for the feed and biodiesel markets.
