Liquid soybean oil is low in saturated fat, contains no trans fat, and is high in poly and monounsaturated fats. It's also the principal source of omega3 fatty acids and the primary commercial source of vitamin E in the U.S. diet. Processed soybean oil is used in almost all margarines and shortenings as well as mayonnaise, salad dressings, frozen foods, imitation dairy, meat products and commercial baked goods.   Express Grain produces a once refined soybean oil which is perfect for the feed and biodiesel markets.

Soybean hulls are a co-product of the soybean oil milling process and are widely used in Mississippi beef cattle diets. Soybean hulls are a relatively good energy source, particularly in forage-based diets. At feeding levels of 0.5 percent body weight or less, on high forage-based diets, soybean hulls are roughly equal to corn as a supplement in terms of nutritive value. They are a good source of calcium for other grain based feed stuffs. Moisture 13% Max / Fat .5% Min. / Fiber 35% Min. / Protein 8% Min.
